Questions in Mathematics had lengthy calculations leading to an increase in difficulty level.

JEE Main 2023 is conducted online as a computer-based test. Candidates are given 3 hours to attempt 75 out of 90 questions. JEE Main Question Paper Pattern

JEE Main Question Paper is based on MCQs and Numerical Type Questions. There are three sections in the paper which include Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

A total of 30 questions are asked in each section of the paper carrying a total weightage of 300 marks (each question carrying 4 marks). There is also a negative marking of 1 marks for each incorrect answer.
