NMAT 2015 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who wish to take admission in MBA, MBA (HR) and MBA (Pharmaceutical Management) at its Mumbai campus or in PGDM courses at Bengaluru and PGDM courses at Hyderabad campus will have to clear NMAT 2015. Following are the NMAT 2015 Eligibility Criteria at different campuses:

M.B.A (Mumbai Campus)-

  • Graduation in any Stream from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate in first attempt
  • Final year students of Graduate Courses (10+2+3) may apply for appearing in the entrance test
  • Candidates must have done full time and regular education

M.B.A Human Resource (Mumbai Campus)

  • Candidates must have done Graduation in any Stream from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate in first attempt
  • Final year students of Graduate Courses (10+2+3) may apply for appearing in the entrance test
  • Candidates must have done full time and regular education

M.B.A Pharmaceutical Management (Mumbai Campus)-

  • Graduation in Pharmacy, Life Science, Sciences, M.B.B.S, B.D.S, B.H.M.S, B.A.M.S, B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Biotechnology from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate in first attempt. Post Graduate degree holders in Economics, Psychology and Sociology can also apply
  • Candidates who have done B. Tech. or B.E. in Bio-Tech. or Bio- Medical are also eligible
  • Candidates who are working in Pharmaceutical Companies for more than two years are preferred

PGDM ( Bengaluru ) and PGDBM( Hyderabad) campus-

  • Bachelor Degree in any Stream from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate in first attempt
  • Final year students of Graduate Courses (10+2+3) may apply for appearing in the entrance test
  • Candidates must have passed full time and regular education

Other Eligibility Criteria:

  • For all the full time programs, candidates who have two or more years of post-qualification experience are preferred
  • Candidates must have passed all the trimesters / semesters at the time of Admission
  • Those candidates who have passed, or, have appeared for graduation examination from a University where Grade Point Average is given, such candidates must produce in writing from the University  concerned about the equivalent percentage for the GPA/CGPA obtained

Note:

  • At any stage, if a candidate does not fulfill the required eligibility criteria or the information furnished by him/ her in the online registration is incorrect, his/her admission will be cancelled.
  • NMAT reserves to change any  term eligibility criteria without announcing to students.

Admission Procedure for eligible candidates:

  • Go to NMAT 2015 official website and follow the registration process according to the Admission Schedule
  • After registration, Candidates need to attempt  NMAT 2015 Entrance Exam
  • Shortlisted candidates are called for Case Discussion (CD) and Personal Interview ( PI)
  • In the last step,merit list of selected candidates will be prepared on the basis of academic marks obtained, work experience, marks obtained in NMAT 2015 and and performance in Case Discussion -Personal Interview.
