NMAT 2015 Application Process:

NMAT 2015 registration will be start from 3 July, 2014. Candidates who have completed their graduation can apply for the NMAT 2015In NMAT 2015 nearly 63,500 candidates have registered, which is more than 4% lesser than the last year registrations.

Eligible candidates can apply online for NMAT 2015 through college's website. After completion of registration process, take print out of the online application form and keep it for future purpose.

  • Enter a valid e-mail ID. Click on No, I am a new user. New user Registration details will open up, enter your first and last name and choose a password. Click on Register and Sign In button below that
  • Enter Personal Details such as Name, DOB, Parents’Name etc.

  • The next screen will display their unique NMAT 2015 ID
  • Candidates are required to pay the applicable exam fee for successful completion of their registration
  • If candidates opt for the Payment Now, then they should click on the Click here to make payment link that appears along with the NMATâ„¢ 2015 ID to proceed to make the payment and if they chooses to make the payment at a later stage then they have to re-login with the valid email ID. To make payment, candidate should click the “Make Payment” button at the bottom of the screen
  • It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to ascertain whether he/she possesses the necessary and requisite qualification for applying to the programs at NMIMS. Candidates will need to confirm that they understand the eligibility criteria before submitting their application form. NMIMS shall not be held responsible for any concerns rising out of qualifications mismatch.

Specifications of photographs to be uploaded on the registration Application:

  • Photos should be 200 pixels high and 150 pixels wide and size should not exceed 500KB.
  • Colour of background must be white or light colored
  • Eyes should be open and visible
  • Photographs should not be more than six months old.

Following photographs are not acceptable:

  • Facebook photographs
  • Those photos that are not according to mentioned size
  • Photographs in which candidates is seem to be wearing cap or goggles
  • Photos with dark background

Eligibility Criteria for NMAT 2015.

Late Registration:

Those candidates who unable to register between the specified dates can register online during the Late Registration Window from 25 September, 2014 to 4 October, 2014. Application fees can be paid through credit card, DD and through cash deposit at HDFC.

Payment Mode:

  • Online Payment through Credit Card- Visa or credit card may choose for payment
  • Cash at HDFC Bank- The candidate needs to pay the applicable fee in cash at designated HDFC Bank branches
  • Demand Draft-Candidates may also ay through Demand Draft in favor of NMIMS Mumbai Branch at Mumbai.

  • Candidates must provide the their name, registration no. and programme selected at the back of Demand Draft
  • The envelope shall be super scribed with the words "NMAT 2015 REGISTRATION"
  • Those candidates who are submitting fee through DD must ensure that the DD is mailed early for it to be delievered on or before 11:59 pm IST on 24 September, 2014.

Important Dates for NMAT 2015

Note:

  • If a candidate submitted applications with incorrect details or without proper notified registration fee, no photos matching with the above mentioned criteria, or payment received after the closing date and time for submitting will be rejected.
  • If any information submitted by candidates found false or incorrect, NMIMS reserves the right to cancel the test scores
  • Multiple or Duplicate registration is not allowed. If a candidate registered multiple times his/her candidature liable to be rejected and fee fortified. There must be only one application if a candidate is applying for 2 programmes and take up to a maximum of 3 attempts.
  • An application is considered valid only if application is submitted and registration fee is received by NMIMS by the due date. Registered applications will be rejected if registration fees is not received in time.

Test Fee Forfiet:

Test fee will be fortified if there is:

  • Multiple registrations
  • A Candidate appeared for the test under multiple registrations
  • Cancellation of candidates' registration
  • A Candidate does not schedule their test
  • A Candidate requests for cancellation of their scheduled test
  • A Candidate requests for reschedule in less than 72hours of a scheduled test
  • A Candidate does not appear for the test
  • If there is any false disability certificate then candidates will not be allowed to take the test and test fee shall be forfeited

Cancellation of NMAT 2015 Registration:

If Candidates may cancel or withdraw their registration for any reason then they have to submit a written request for withdrawal / cancellation of admission to Deputy Registrar (Admissions) along with original fee receipt

Refund Fees:

Till the date of commencement of the programme (8th June 2015) 1000 INR
Cancellation after closure of admission (9th June 2015) There will be No refund of NMAT 2015 after closing of admission
