Jammu and Kashmir B.Ed Admission is based on a state-level entrance examination conducted by the Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination (JKBOPEE). The Jammu and Kashmir B.Ed Online Application Form 2023 began on March 10, 2023, and interested candidates had to apply till April 07, 2023. 

J&K BEd Admission 2023 will be done based on the state-level entrance exam that will be conducted on April 23, 2023. The result and the answer key will be released within 10 days of the entrance exam.

B.Ed is a 2-year professional undergraduate teacher training course. Candidates must have completed their undergraduate degree to be eligible to apply for the Jammu and Kashmir B.Ed course. Candidates must qualify for the Jammu and Kashmir B.Ed Entrance Exam to seek admission to the B.Ed course in Jammu and Kashmir. Candidates must fill the Jammu and Kashmir BEd Application Form online. The detailed application process is mentioned below.

  • Candidates must visit the official website to apply for the Jammu and Kashmir BEd Admission 2023.
  • Fill in the application form with the necessary details such as contact information, address, educational qualifications, etc.
  • Upload all the required documents and images. After successfully uploading the documents, save the form and log in with the credentials.

  • Candidates must have completed their undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
  • They must score a minimum of 50 - 55% aggregate marks to be eligible for Jammu and Kashmir BEd Admission 2023.
  • To be eligible for the Distance BEd Program candidates must be an untrained service teacher or service teacher in an elementary school or must have completed a teacher training program recognized by the NCTE.

The Jammu and Kashmir BEd Entrance Exam exam pattern is given below.

  • The Jammu and Kashmir BEd Entrance Exam is conducted in the offline mode.
  • The total duration of the exam is 3 hours 
  • There will be 180 MCQ-type questions. There is no negative marking for a wrong answer.
  • The Jammu and Kashmir BEd Entrance Exam will be divided into 4 major sections: General English Comprehension, Reasoning, General Awareness, and Aptitude for Teaching Profession.

Ans. IGNOU offers a distance B.Ed program with a duration of 3 years. For pursuing B.Ed from IGNOU, the candidates need to meet the following eligibility criteria.
