The Computer Science course curriculum offers several electives to explore the diverse applications of the subject. Certain courses such as Physics are currently mandatory for degree progression. This is perhaps unnecessary for students seeking careers in tech. Introductory computer science courses provide students with a solid foundation in programming principles. Later courses and electives allow students the opportunity to learn multiple new languages and work on projects that simulate certain industry requirements. Most professors are involved in interesting research projects. Students may search for open research positions under different professors using the Undergraduate Research Portal.

The CS curriculum is heavily based on fundamentals, meaning most of our curriculum is based on learning to use technologies from the 60s and 70s. Contrary to popular belief this is actually a good thing and everyone I know has been able to easily pick up the latest technologies in a matter of days (the new tech is based on the old tech). This curriculum heavily influenced my college decision.

Fees

Tuition - USD 45,000. Rent - About USD 10,000. Expenses- USD 3000.

I feel like the course curriculum is a little challenging, but it is definitely doable and helpful in preparing me for learning about economics and how to incorporate that with business.

Fees

Tuition is around $13-14,000 a year. I did not get a loan. I did not get any scholarship, but i know there are many opportunities, especially for people needing financial aid. for international applicants, you can look on the school's scholarship page to see which ones you are eligible for, but there are a good number of ones to choose from.

I think the course curriculum really challenges you to think outside of the box as well as encourage you to deepen your interest in a matter. It is very fast paced but it?s what allows you to finish on time.

Fees

They charged a lot for things that not everyone used. For example, not everyone goes to the gym but everyone gets charged for it. Even worse, we get charged for sports and other events that not everyone is able to go because they are on a raffle basis.

I found the structure quite in line with the needs of my studies. There was a physical education requirement which I found totally useless, but that is a small price to pay for a Bruin education. I do believe, however, a better mix of local control would be advantageous.

Fees

My total cost was in the $75,000 to $80,000 USD. It is now $40,000 to $50,000 USD higher. Within the current structure of educational costs throughout the US, however, not without precedence.

Very thorough. Happy with the class offerings, as there's a good diversity of courses for me to choose from. I feel like my education is both well rounded and focused. My class sizes are a little large.

Fees

I pay for tuition, housing, and that's pretty much it. These are the bulk of my expenses. I also pay smaller lab fees for classes that require special equipment, and I pay a decent amount every quarter for textbooks and other necessary supplies for classes.
