I got to know about this college because I live in the same state, and it's very well known to everyone. the admission process wasn't too difficult because I just had to fill out the UC applications and include my grades, extracurriculars, and supporting essays. the application fee was $80 for this particular campus, and I applied to 6 colleges including this one. I chose to go here because I love the environment, location, and overall happiness of the campus as well as its good reputation. my academic background was good because I was in the top 10% of my graduating class, graduated with highest honors, and had extracurriculars and volunteer experience.
Course Curriculum
I feel like the course curriculum is a little challenging, but it is definitely doable and helpful in preparing me for learning about economics and how to incorporate that with business.
Exams
In order to get into UCLA, you have to have a fairly competitive GPA as well as other things that will make your application appealing.
Placement
The average pay after graduating from UCLA is higher than other universities because of the name of the school. I would say a good percentage of students get jobs right after they graduate, and have appealing offers.
Internship
My college offers many internships and campus jobs. I have not had one personally, but I do know that the campus jobs pay about $15-20 an hour, depending on which job it is, and the student union is very good. Average working hours are about at least 10-12 hours a week, and they work around your schedule well.
Fees
Tuition is around $13-14,000 a year. I did not get a loan. I did not get any scholarship, but i know there are many opportunities, especially for people needing financial aid. for international applicants, you can look on the school's scholarship page to see which ones you are eligible for, but there are a good number of ones to choose from.

Examination Structure
The exam structure includes 1-2 midterms from weeks 4-8 and one final per quarter.
Faculty
I think the faculty are well educated, but sometimes the math department is challenging to learn from because the professors change almost every quarter. the academic levels for the professors are usually quite high and they are extremely intelligent. The faculty to student ratio is about 18:1.
Hostel
I am living in on-campus housing, dorms, and I think they are quite appealing because they are close to campus and clean. the meal plan is included with the housing fee, so that is a bonus too. the food is extremely good.
