Bihar DElED Admission 2023 for government and non-government colleges is done based on the performance of the applicants in Joint Entrance Examination (Bihar DElEd Entrance Exam). According to the notice released by the Education Department of Bihar, no separate entrance exam will be accepted for admission to any DElED institutions. • Bihar DElED Entrance Exam 2023 will be conducted via Combined Computer Based Test.
• The entrance exam will be conducted by the state government through Bihar School Examination Committee. 
• Registration for the Bihar DElEd exam will be done from January 25 – February 08, 2023.
• The exam is scheduled on March 13 – 20, 2023.

Bihar DElEd Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must qualify for class 10 and class 12 exams with a minimum of 50% aggregate and from a recognized educational board.
• There is a 5% relaxation for the candidates belonging to SC/ST and similar reserved categories.
• Candidates who have studied at an Urdu institution are eligible if they secure 50% marks. For disabled candidates, there is a 5% relaxation in the minimum aggregate score required.
• 5% of the total seats sanctioned by NCTE will be reserved for disabled candidates and 10% for Urdu teachers.
• 50% of the total seats sanctioned by NCTE will be reserved for students from Arts, Science, or Commerce stream.
• Candidates should attain at least 17 years of age as of January 1, 2023. There is no upper age limit for Bihar DElEd admission 2023.

The exam will be conducted in every district of Bihar state in offline pen paper mode. The exam questions will be based on the matriculation level. Here are the details of the Bihar DElED Entrance exam below:

• Only those who have filled the Bihar DElED online form are eligible to sit for the Bihar DElED entrance exam 2023.
• Also, the biometric record of the candidates will be recorded in the exam center.

• There are a total of 150 multiple choice questions for a total of 450 marks.
• For every correct answer 3 marks will be awarded, in case of a wrong answer given by the candidate one mark will be deducted.
