Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Honors bachelor’s degree or equivalent in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field, with a minimum overall average of 78%.
- Minimum 75% grade point average (GPA) in the final two years of study (equivalent to last 20 half-credit courses).
- GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 [B Grade].
- Proof of English proficiency may be required for international applicants, whose first language is not English.
Indian Students Eligibility:
- Students need to complete a 4 year UG degree in Data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or any related field.
- Standard XII English, a minimum final grade of 75%.
- First or Second Division standing in one of the following:
- All India Senior School Certificate awarded by CBSE
- Indian School Certificate awarded by CISCE
- other pre-university certificate awarded after 12 years of academic studies
GRE score is required only for those students who completed their degree outside of Canada and the United States.

- Statement of Interest: Statement of interest is one of the few ways to describe that faculty have to understand the student's motivation, the seriousness of purpose, and their level of commitment to the discipline.
- Reference Letter: Students will choose letter writers that will be able to comment on their academic record as well as other experiences or relevant skill sets.
- CV/Resume: Students should probably provide a resume, a copy of their transcripts, as well as a copy of their statement of interest, and other relevant application material.
