- edit A strong work ethic is required. Following all the instructions in the course material will guarantee a good grade for students.
- Depending on where you work, government jobs (in most cases) pay more than private ones. Apply online as required.
- There are a lot of opportunities available to us after completing this program, and the research facilities are also very good here.
- This was available to all first-year students at St. Michaels College, University of Toronto.
- The campus life is amazing. We have student lounges to play foosball or pool, and just chill and hangout. However, you do not get the time to do all of these.
- Laurier is wonderful when it comes to the residence they offer to their students.
- Some teachers utilize articles and podcasts, which I prefer because they are free and more accessible.
- You can ask almost any question, and they will always give you their best advice/suggestions.
- Toronto is the hub for AI, and I have family here, so it seemed like the best option.

Dislike
- As well, the process of getting your money back when you drop a course is not applicable for any other term, which is very disappointings

They have very good graduate programs, and there are many options to network. I have heard my friends say that UofT is a very prestigious school and that attending opens up many career opportunities.
Academic Excellence. It is rated one of Canada's best schools. The student life is also awesome. It also gives me the best shot to enter medical school coming from a renowned university like the University of Toronto.
Regarded as the number one university in Canada, highly prestigious but also in a nearby location and has very helpful staff. I enjoyed the campus tours and all of the student advisors/student body at SCSU being very helpful and attentive to your problems.
The location of my school was close to my home, I did not have to stay on campus and pay for housing and food. By staying home I was able to save that money and resources. They also had my program which I wanted to study and the overall ranking of this university was great.
The University of Toronto is ranked number one in Canada. It is the leading research university. Moreover, it is one of the two Canadian universities that are part of the American Association of Colleges.
This University is the best university in Canada and it was also one of the universities I got accepted to and it was my dream school however I didn't do much research into this and see a lot of students and their testimony I wouldn't use it again if I had a choice.
It was close to home (I came from the GTA area) and a prestigious school, I also want to pursue 2nd entry in Nursing which is the best at the University of Toronto St. George. A lot of my friends also went to schools in Toronto (Ryerson and York), The other schools I applied for were McMaster and Western, which are great schools and programs as well, but not ranked as high as the University of Toronto.
The University of Toronto has a reputation for being one of the best universities in Canada. Initially, I was in the life science program and I had chosen this because I felt that this school would leave me with the best start for my future. I thought that when I apply to graduate school or when I apply for a job and they see that I went to the University of Toronto it would give me an advantage.
I opted for the University of Toronto because of the flexibility of the degree options that they have. I am currently doing a double major, which is allowing me to pursue two of my interests rather than having to have picked between them. As well, the flexibility of degree options allows students to diversify their degrees more than in many other counterpart schools. Rather than completing a degree that is specialized in one major area of focus, the University of Toronto allows you to incorporate other subfields into your degree. This makes for a more well-rounded and adaptable graduate, which makes one more flexible to a wider range of career options later down the road. The degree options, like double majoring, double minoring and a major, specializing and a minor, etc. allow students to combine programs to come up with a unique degree that amalgamates their passions and covers a wider range of the field of interest, or allows one to take an interdisciplinary approach towards one's career. Another factor that made me choose the University of Toronto is the uniqueness of the degrees themselves. For example, I was initially interested in the program Environmental Physics, wherein the University of Toronto was the only school that I had seen that program offered. The field of Environmental Science is very diversified at this school, which gives so many options in my field of interest.
-Good reputation -Good job opportunities -Close to home -Affordable -My friends had good experiences -Family expected me to attend this school -Has food volunteering opportunities and good student life
