In order to be eligible for MSW admission at Pondicherry University, candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% of marks. A relaxation of 5% aggregate is there for SC/ST candidates.
Admission to the MSW will be based on an entrance examination conducted by the university.

The MSW (Master of Social Work) program offers specializations in Community Development, Family and child Welfare, Human Resource Management and Medical & Psychiatric Social Work.
