Remarks :

To study in any of the central universities in India the candidate must have passed 12 or equivalent examinations from any registered board. CUET ( Central/Common University Entrance Test ) is conducted by NTA ( National Testing Agency ). A candidate who desires to appear in the examination has to visit the cuet. Samarth.nic.in for every information and updates related to the exam. Candidates are advised to visit the website at regular intervals to be updated. Reservation is applicable on the fees of the examination and also during the allotment round in CSAS ( Common Seat Allocation System ) of Delhi University.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have chosen this course because of my commerce background. Also, I have an interest in subjects like Accountancy, Business, Economics, etc. Faculties of the college are highly qualified and experienced with some fresh professors. Faculty-student ratio in the college can be said above average but all the teachers and professors are really helpful, especially for the freshers. My semester exams were in December and the second was in the last week of June.

Internships Opportunities :

Companies like Blinkit, Asian Paints, Accenture, and many more have shown faith in the talent of the college. Students have been offered roles such as Chief coordinator, Head of Marketing, Head of Human Resources, etc. Different societies un provide many government projects for grooming your skills and these projects help in getting a high package.

Placement Experience :

From the 5th semester students become eligible for various internships and after completing the 6th semester they can get placement. Companies like Accenture, Blinkit, Deloitte, Paytm, and Asian Paints have recruited many students from the college. The highest package offered is 19 lpa and the average package is around 6 lpa. Across 25-30 % of the students get recruitment from the campus. I have planned to study abroad after my graduation.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees of Ramjas College for most of the UG course provided by it varies from 15k-30k yearly. My course fee for Bcom(H) is 15,600 yearly. As far as I know, scholarships are mainly available to students who have studied science in the 12 or equivalent standard. However, the college provides various opportunities for students to get internships and placements.

Campus Life :

The annual fest of the college is organized in the month of April. Also, many different fests and cultural programs are celebrated on campus during the whole year. A large of books are available in the library of different interests. The library is fully air-conditioned. The college provides Wi-Fi facilities all over the academic block. Lifts are also installed on every floor in the academic block. There are big sports grounds for different outdoor games. There is a sports complex for indoor games which includes Gym facilities for the students.

Hostel Facilities :

The room consists of two beds, two tables and chairs, and a big almirah installed in the wall. Also, there is a wardrobe for suits and a big mirror which is attached to a closet. The food provided in the mess is very good in quality and is also very delicious. Both type of food ( veg & non-veg ) is prepared in the mess. Candidates have to fill out the hostel form available on the web portal of Ramjas college. As compared to other residing options in the locality like PGs or rented rooms/flats hostel is economical. The hostel also has 24-hour wi-fi and an electricity facility with pure drinking water all the time.

Students are eligible for the placements in 3rd year and our college offers one of the best placements in DU. HR Managers of bug companies visit our college and eligible students give their interviews and they usually get selected in a good ratio. The highest package from our college went around 45 lakhs per annum last year. I'll surely give my interview in the placement and try to grab the placement
