Remarks :

Although admission process for DU colleges started very late as it was the first time that the admission process would be conducted through an entrance exam which is CUET. You have to complete 10+2 yr to be eligible for this exam. The only improvement I want to see in this process is its examination place. It should be nice and clean. Fans should be properly working and the exam should be conducted with high technology so that there is no lagging.

Course Curriculum Overview :

There are 7 subjects in total. 3 are the main subjects and the others are additional subjects such as GE, SEC, VAC and AEC. I chose this course because I want to do CA and I can do it side by side with this course. The faculty of our college is good. There are professional as well as highly qualified teachers. Term exams were not that difficult.

Internships Opportunities :

Top recruiting companies like KPMG, Bose, Wipro, and EY visit our college for placements. Internship offers include heads such as marketing, sales, management, and finance and you can get into any of them.

Placement Experience :

After completing 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies made offers such as KPMG, infosis, Airtel, Google, ITC, Wipro and many more. The highest package of bcom hons is 10 lakh and the average is 5 lakh. I want to do a CA

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The total cost to study is around 10000 for a year which is pretty good. Our college maintains a society named Placements Cell which basically provides many internships and placement opportunities for us.

Campus Life :

Although there is less annual fest conducted the crowd of our college is pretty good. There are many books and journals properly maintained in the library. There is a social group in our college which is NCC. But there are less sports activities and extracurricular activities going on in the college.

Placement Experience:

We are eligible for placement after the competition of 2nd year. Companies like Infotech, Wipro, and Havells are the recruiters of the college. The highest package is around 13 Lakh and the average is between 5-7 Lakhs as I understand now. More than 7.5 cgpa required to sit in placement.

HR Managers of bug companies visit our college and eligible students give their interviews and they usually get selected in a good ratio. Bcom Hons is considered one of the most opted and finest disciplines. The faculty members were highly qualified and cooperative.
