Remarks :

The admission process is simple, come in time submit the fee and you are through. I did not go over with any entrance exam. Eligibility in the course is basis your marksheet. Forms for various courses are available in different counters. I have not availed of any Reservation Benefits. The improvement I wish to see is that they should become more professional in doing things.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course to get a better understanding of accounts. The student-faculty ratio currently stands at 25:1. Qualification of faculty is at least 55% marks and they should have also passed UGC NET or competitive exams. Exams were timely around 6-month intervals and were okay to pass.

Class Size : 30Course Fees : INR 40000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee hike policy with Delhi University will be on the grounds of EWS and some other components. For a B.Com course, it ranges from 8k to 30k. You get a Merit scholarship for SC/ST. Financial Assistance in the form of Fee Concession, The Job that you can get is of consultant and Product management.

Campus Life :

Aaghaz is an annual fest of PGDAV College which is conducted between 20th to 22nd February. A large number of electronic resources are available through the Delhi University Library System. There is a Bank and post office on the campus. There are many activities but few of them are in creative writing and Dance. Creative writing is done in both Hindi and English, and dance is performed in Indian classical, Indian Folk, etc. IBTIDA - Hindi Dramatics Society of Hindu College. Glitz - This is the fashion society of Kamla Nehru.

Placement Experience:

We are eligible for placement after the competition of 2nd year. Companies like Infotech, Wipro, and Havells are the recruiters of the college. The highest package is around 13 Lakh and the average is between 5-7 Lakhs as I understand now. More than 7.5 cgpa required to sit in placement.

HR Managers of bug companies visit our college and eligible students give their interviews and they usually get selected in a good ratio. Bcom Hons is considered one of the most opted and finest disciplines. The faculty members were highly qualified and cooperative.
