How can I ask Accenture to sponsor my entire fees in IIM Calcutta?

PJ
Pritish Jain Posted On : December 1st, 2022
Employed with Accenture since 2006

For a person to be sponsored for their education, they must be on Accenture's payroll.

No full-time IIM courses will be sponsored by Accenture. Part-time courses are included in the EXCEL programs and are supported by the NIIT Imperia infrastructure. Check with your specific HR PoC or People Advisor or try searching for emails from the Excel team.

You must apply for the IIM-C courses approved by Excel Academy and then notify them of your application. You will be given permission to enroll in the course and then pay the associated fees following scrutiny (to make sure you have the necessary number of years of experience, the required percentage of graduation marks, etc.).

Either you will receive a reimbursement or ACN will pay the fees on your behalf (depending on various factors). After completing the MGMT program, you must sign an agreement with ACN to continue your service with the organization for a specified period of time.
