  • I have studied at VJTI Mumbai and would advise you to choose it over COEP Pune for computer science engineering.
  • VJTI has a robust CSE curriculum taught by experienced faculties along with its long-standing reputation.
  • As it is situated in Mumbai, it provides students with an excellent opportunity for networking, internships and exposure to the latest advancements.
  • In 2024, A total of 401 BTech students were placed with the highest package secured by a BTech Computer Science student which stood at INR 57 LPA. The average package for the BTech Computer Science branch was INR 20 LPA.

M.Tech in VLSI and Embedded System, College of Engineering, Pune

COEP Pune is better for Computer Science and Engineering. It has good brand recognition and offers excellent placements. Each year around 90% of students get placed from the CSE branch. According to COEP placements of recent years, the average CTC for the CSE branch is around INR 6-7 LPA.

If you want to pursue higher studies after B.Tech, then COEP is a good option as well. Students of this institute are studying at CMU, Berkeley, etc.
