GATE MA Marking Scheme
- There is no negative marking for MSQs and NATs.
- Negative marking scheme is applicable in MCQs.
- The incorrect attempt in 1-mark MCQ will result in deduction of 1/3 marks.
- The incorrect attempt in 2-mark MCQ will result in deduction of 2/3 marks.
- Questions that are not attempted, are awarded Zero marks.

If candidates are not satisfied with the provisional answer key, they can challenge it. The authority will review the challenge and released the final answer key. Follow the below-mentioned steps to challenge the GATE 2023 MA Answer Key:
- Log in to the GATE Online Application Processing System using your login credentials.
