GATE 2020 TF Question Paper and Answer Key PDFs are now available. IIT Delhi held the exam on February 8, 2020, in the afternoon slot between 2:30 PM and 5:30 PM. The overall difficulty level of the question paper was moderate to difficult, according to students.

• There are total 65 questions consisting of 100 marks in GATE TF Question Paper.
• GATE TF question paper included both MCQs and NATs. Each correct answer is awarded 1 or 2 marks.
