- GATE 2020 BT question paper had 65 questions for 100 marks.
- The question paper consisted of both numerical answer type (NAT) and multiple choice questions (MCQ).
- There was a negative marking for each incorrect MCQ question.
- For a 1-mark MCQ, 1/3 mark was deducted for each incorrect answer, and for a 2-marks 2/3 mark was deducted.
