GATE 2013 Engineering Sciences (XE) Question paper with answer key PDFs are available for download. The exam was conducted by IIT Bombay on January 20, 2013 in the afternoon session. The overall difficulty level of the exam was understood as moderate to difficult by the test–takers. The entire question paper is divided into two sections. The first section is on General Aptitude which carries a total of 15 marks and the second section consists of the core paper that is subject-specific and carries a total of 85 marks, so the maximum marks of the complete question paper are 100.
