GATE 2009 Chemistry (CY) Paper Analysis

The question paper of GATE CY 2009 consisted of Objective Type Questions only and was a 100 marks exam. The GATE CY had questions of 1 and 2 marks, for every incorrect answer, 0.25 and 0.5 marks were deducted respectively. There was no negative marking scheme for Question number 58 and 60. GATE CY 2009 was conducted in Offline Mode.

In GATE 2009 CY, no General Aptitude questions were found. Only subject-specific questions were asked. A detailed analysis of GATE 2009 CY question paper is given below:
