To begin with, a student's academic achievement throughout the course of an academic year is not a comprehensive measure of what has been taught in the classroom. They feel that their tuition will suffice and they will be taught in detail and in a much simpler or easier manner than what is being taught in the classroom. In such instances, an instructor cannot be held liable for a student's poor performance. Furthermore, the student is responsible for a major portion of the student's academic accomplishment.
