Both the verbal and quant sections have distinctive percentile scores, a 168 score in GRE means the candidate has scored 98 in verbal and 95 in quant. Generally, a 75th percentile score is considered a good one for taking admissions to the top universities. Both GRE Quant and Verbal are scored on a  scale of 130-170 with 1 point increment. What is the Total Score for GRE?

As GRE quant and GRE verbal scores contribute towards GRE total score of GRE General Test, the overall GRE score range happens to be 260-340 (130+130=260 and 170+170=340). How the GRE is Scored?

When the Candidates can Obtain GRE Score Reports?

How Do You find GRE score?

Candidates need to visit ETS official website and proceed with GRE results login in their ETS account to find out the GRE scores. On this site, the print option is also available for GRE exam results. Candidates can print GRE computer-based test results after saving GRE score report PDF. 

GRE Score Validity

GRE score validity is five years from the test date. After these 5 years, candidates cannot use their ETS GRE results. In case of a retake, the date of GRE retake will be considered to calculate 5 years.

Sending the GRE Scores

The GRE fees include free score sending to 4 universities but the candidates need to include the destinations on the test day. To send GRE scores to more institutes, US$ 27 is applicable for each destination.

GRE Score Reporting or Cancellation

The test-takers can cancel GRE scores if they are not satisfied with the score. In this matter, they will have to retake GRE.
