Model Answer

Education is a big tool for everyone to cross the obstacles happening in their life. It helps them to make the right decision in their life. Getting an education is a right for everyone. Education provides confidence in leading life to the people who are economically poor. To give confidence and a good life to the poor, the government needs to offer a tuition fee to them. The government has already offered education to those students but without tuition. Since, they cannot get a better education so the government won't provide a tuition fee.

In the world many countries' governments offer free education to the people who cannot afford their education. They all believe that encouraging the literacy rate in their country will help them in encouraging the economy of their country. There are many families with poor backgrounds. Few countries like Germany offer free education along with tuition fees to the people who cannot afford their education. Poor people also get a quality education if the government provides tuition fees for the students who are admitted to the university. It also creates numerous opportunities for the students. Providing tuition fees to the students who cannot afford it will give huge support and confidence. This will help the families in Developing countries like India, and Pakistan.

It encourages their studies and provides them with the motivation to get good marks in their education. Introducing this kind of scheme will do well for the government and economy of the country as well. Universities will exert a pull on children who are good and capable. Once these children pass out, they may find jobs in technology companies. Further, they may become entrepreneurs, they might even work for non-profit organisations, become lawyers, doctors.. In those cases, stricter precautions have to be taken to perform an overall background inquiry. This is meant for the incoming applicants to ensure only the eligible children receive the aid. Hence, there wants to be a policy to confirm that students from various socio-economic backgrounds get equal opportunities as those who come from higher families.

A student appearing at a university should get help from the Government if they are not to give for themselves, but it should be discriminating. Since earlier times, education has been seen as a great way to success. In society, a graduate has many chances of earning better than a non-graduate. Thus, it can be averred that a country’s economic development is directly proportional to the number of graduate students it gives annually. A person who initiates earning contributes to the country’s economy either in taxes or investments. In contrast, a non-earning individual forced to depend on the Government for his necessities is, in turn, a liability. So, even if the Government offers a student in need, it gets compensated or exceeds the investment made in the longer run. Hence, the main focus of a country trying to encourage its economy should be on improving the literacy rate and establishing self-dependent individuals.

Therefore, it depends on the country’s economic condition in selecting how many students to be sponsored. While this might be a harsh competition for the students, students are a part of society, not society itself. Finally, the government should take care of all issues that happened to the students because education is a big tool to change the life of a person. Moreover, it will also contribute to the country's development. Every country in the world should implement this scheme and provide good education to the poor people. Since, deserving students should not be affected due to not having enough money to study. It was a really bad mark to the country and it is a great loss to the nation.
