From the book of Genesis in the Bible, we came to know about the creation of the Earth. We came to know how God found the world emptied and abandoned and filled it with wonders. He created the sea and land and mountains, inhabited the earth with animals and plants of numerous kinds, detached night from day, and finally gave birth to man. The idea and the call for the structure have been first recognized by God. Without uniformity, everything is barren. Formal education is one of those necessities when it comes to formation. Since childhood, we have been taught that receiving a formal education is an obligation. The reason behind that saying is, formal education provides uniformity in the lives of people. If we, human beings, from the very beginning receive a formal education, we will be following a path of consistency throughout.

Though some people will definitely pinpoint the adversities of formal education and how it restricts the creative thinking abilities of many children. Most schools provide traditional pedagogy limiting the ingenuity of young ones. For few the very sound of the bells is discordant, syllabuses are arduous, and anthologies and proses to be confining. But it is in this formal syllabus that students find escapades in Shakespeare, anthologies, prose, stories. Learn about the world from Geography, history, sociology. Think scientific by learning physics, chemistry, biology. Communicate with people across the world by speaking French, Spanish, German, Chinese, and more. It is from this smorgasbord of subjects that even the most disorderly student will find their cherished subject.

There are also other people who locate the uniformity in the outside world of education to define academia. What formal education does is, prepares the students to follow a path of regularity that will be prosperous during the times of their working. The corporate world is always on the search for people who are disciplined. It is this discipline that will guide them throughout their formal education.

Another very optimistic feature about formal education is, it engages every kid without considering their parent’s income, family background, cultural gap, geographical location, and more. With formal education every child will receive equal opportunities of learning whatever they like.
