Placement Experience:
Final placements usually start in 4th year with the conclusion of campus recruitment training. The drive usually lasts a month to two from the initial screening till the final interview. However on an average 45% of the students are placed during campus recruitment with an average salary of 4.2 LPA, The lowest CTC stands at 2.4 LPA and the highest at 8 LPA. The most preferred companies would be TCS and Infosys for my course during campus placements and their average CTCs stand at 3.6 LPA and 4 LPA respectively. TCS is the mass recruiter with an average CTC of 3.6 LPA. The placement committee oversees everything from recruitment training to bringing the companies to the campus and everything in between. They are transparent from the get go and maintain it till the candidate lands a job. They also play a crucial role not only in the technical training aspect but also in helping students imbibe soft skills and improve their communication skills which are just as necessary from a job point of view.
