GVP College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam established in 1996 in Andhra Pradesh. The college has been sanctioned “Autonomous” status by the UGC and conferred by the affiliating University, JNT University, Kakinada in 2009.
GVP College of Engineering offers B.Tech and B.Tech (Part Time) at undergraduate level, M.Tech and MCA at postgraduate level. Candidates are selected on the basis of marks scored in the Entrance exam followed by a personal interview.
For admission in B.Tech and B.Tech (Part Time), eligible candidates will have to appear in EAMCET conducted by Government of Andhra Pradesh. Candidates seeking admission in M.Tech and MCA need to appear in GATE and ICET respectively.

At undergraduate level, Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering provides Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) to the candidates who wish to pursue their career in the field of Engineering. The courses are offered for four years. Intake capacity depends upon the nature of specializations opted by the candidates. The college also offers B.Tech (Part Time) in Chemical Engineering for a duration of three years.
At first students need to pass their 10+2 level or equivalent in concerned subjects with minimum required marks set by the college. The eligible candidates are then required to appear in Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) conducted by the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh followed by a personal interview.

Master of Technology (M.Tech) is also offered by the college at postgraduate level. The college offers this course in eleven different specializations for a duration of two years.
Candidates who are willing to take up Master of Technology (M.Tech), will have to appear in General Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). The shortlisted candidates are then required to come for an interview conducted by the college. The improvements that can be made are that the detailing should be more simpler.The navigation in the website must be made easier.Also the time management should be done better.

The overall admission process went well the process was very smooth and I did feel any tension and pressure for admission I took the State eligibility exam to get admission to the college the exam name is AP EAMCET. Based on our marks they will give the rankings for the marks I got in the exam it's an online assessment. I worked hard to take the exam.

I have joined this college through the EAPCET exam which was conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Board. The cutoff ranks are different for different categories and for different branches. Say, for CSE and for OC caste the cutoff is 2544. We faced a lot of struggles during the counseling process due to the immature maintenance of the website by the AP government. But I'm glad I got a seat in GVP.

The admission process was so good.EAPCET is the entrance exam and I wrote it. I got 19000 ranks and I got the seat in cse in this college. I felt very happy about this college. This college's management and infrastructure were so good.

I am from ECE department my cutoff rank was 16217 in OBC category in 2021.when that time my college was affiliated by jntuk. Whenever it was affiliated by Andhra University my college charges building fees are taken from students around 10000.cutoff rank is changing every year and also depends on category or course.

I have got a seat through rank in the AP eamcet exam. Based on the category cut-off criteria I have secured the seat. The application fee for ap eamcet is 600 and based on the reservation it varies. For applying of ap eamcet exam it's website should updated properly.

I was admitted to Gayatri Vidhya Parishad College of Engineering by writing an EAMCET exam. I got a seat in my college in ece branch in 2021. We should qualify in eamcet to get a seat in engineering colleges. To get a seat in our college we need a good rank. Application details will be available on the official website APSCHE.

I choosen this college by seeing placements and previous years cutoff ranks. I have my eligibility for college by verifying previous years' cutoff ranks of OBC (my reservation ).
