Placement:

Honestly, I haven't any more idea about this but if you have the skill and pass out from this well-known university, it definitely assists in-person professional life.

I select this University because of my course. It's only one university in Canada that offers Masc. safety& risk engineer course. Additionally, it's a renowned university in NL.

Yes, there are on campus jobs, such as working for the campus bar. The process is quite easy, and the staff are really great at helping work your hours around your class schedule. There are quite a few degrees as well that offer co-op, and I believe for some you can work directly with the university.

Internship:

They offer both but they are really hard to get. I applied for on-campus jobs like librarian and food court staff but the competition is too much. And for an internship the amount of people applying is really high which made it hard to secure a job.

The tuition fee is much cheaper than most other Canadian Universities. Moreover, it has good faculty in engineering programs. I want to be a mechatronics engineering. There are only a few universities in Canada that have this subject. Plus with my 12th-grade result I also managed to get around 6000$ scholarship.

Internship:

My college does provide internship opportunities for students. It helps a student a lot in various ways. For example, students get the chance to gain in-depth job experience even before graduating. They can get the chance to work in their favorite organization through this opportunity. Lastly, internships do help to secure a job immediately after graduation.

I opted for this college because the tuition fee for this college is relatively lower than any other Canadian university. Also, it is the most reputed college with the lowest tuition fee in Canada. Also, I wanted to study in this university as many of my friends study in here.

Placement:

They are great, with the job I have now on my internship I can expect 2 more work terms in this same spot and also to be offered a job upon graduation. When looking for this internship I was offered 6 other jobs as well.

Internship:

Yes, I am on a paid internship right now and love the experience. It's teaching me more particle application of what I am learning in school as well as letting me know if this is the right career path for me.

Mainly because I could stay in my home province to do what I wanted which means a significant break on tuition and fees because of my location. I knew people, and I could stay close to those I loved and cherished.
