NICMAR Pune also known as National Institute of Construction Management and Research is a private institution, established in 1984. The university is located in Pune with other campuses located in Goa, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Delhi. NICMAR offers PGP courses which are equivalent to MBA degrees in Construction and Management, Engineering Project Management, Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management and Infrastructure Finance Development and Management.

Selection of students for NICMAR admission is made by the selection committee. Candidates can apply online on the university’s official website or download the application form and send it to the Dean of Admissions along with the application fee and required documents as mentioned in the application form before the due date.
Eligible candidates will be invited to appear for the selection process which comprises NICMAR's Common Admission Test (NCAT), Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI), and Rating of Application (RA). NICMAR offers ‘NICMAR Top Ranker’s Scholarship’, ‘NICMAR Excalibur Scholarship’, and ‘NICMAR Merit Scholarship’ to its students. NICMAR Pune admissions are based on the NCAT Entrance Examination. While preparing for the entrance exam Students must prepare the quantitative aptitude from RS Aggarwal Book. Students must also prepare current affairs for the group discussion rounds and for the personal interview rounds.
