Admissions are based on NCAT entrance along with academic performance, work experience and performance in an interview to make it to the final merit list. Popularly opted courses at NICMAR Pune include PGP in ACM, IFDM, PEP, etc.

National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) offers admission to 5 Full-time PG courses, One year PG course along with an Executive program and Part-Time courses. NICMAR has 5 campuses in India including Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad and Goa. Candidate with a graduation degree in the relevant subjects will be eligible for admission to the course. The institute conducts the NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT) for selecting students for admission.

NICMAR offers admission to the 1 year and 2 Year full time PGP courses. Candidates with a graduation degree from a recognized University will be eligible for admission to the course. The admission will be based on the marks secured in NCAT along with the performance in the Interview and Rating of the application Form.

Ques. What is the programme fee for PGP ACM?

Ans. NICMAR offers admission to the 2 Years full-time PGP ACM course. The total programme fee for the courses is INR 13,06,900/- which will not include the living expences and the hostel fee.

Ques. What is the eligibility criteria for admission to the Management of Family Owned Construction Business?

Ans. The institute offers admission to the executive programme of MFOCB. Admission to the course will be based on the marks secured in the entrance test conducted by the Institute or qualified candidates of CAT/ GATE/ GMAT/ CMAT. The final selection will be based on the performance in the qualifying examination along with the interview and rating in the application.

Ques. Is it is compulsory to live in the hostel of the Institution?

Ans. Yes, it is important for the students to live in the hostel of the institute as the course is a full time residential course. Hostel facility will not be given to the part time students.
