you should have to pass intermediate with a minimum of 60 percentage marks you can be admitted to this college by counseling or you can take direct admission. for counseling, you have to appear in the jee exam and get good marks. if you reserve your seat then you can take admission after some time otherwise you miss an opportunity to join the college.
The admission process was good as well as we expected. The college admission sector gives Correct information at the proper time. From beginning of fill the admission form that particular department faculties gives proper details about the course and curriculum, fees structure with fees paying time, and also about all the activities. This proper guidance gives us confidence and trust in the college.
The tamilnadu candidate who is willing to join our college should posses eligibility of TNEA. For government quota, it is enough to get admission. The students from other states can contact the management at sriet.ac.in
The Admission process is as usual in the other colleges, Students may apply through TNEA counseling or else Management quota. There is no entrance exam for joining the SRIET. For Department wise selection the cut-off mark will vary year by year.
I am a sports quota person From Anna University sports counselling. In college, they provide all the details about admission, fee structure, etc. Nothing to Improve They provide a Good process. Yes Reservation Gives us a scholarship
The admission process was very easy because the management is really friendly to help with any process. there is no entrance exam. There should be proper certifications of the mark sheets and should have eligibility for the course. we can find the application forms and more details on the college website.
It's was an autonomous collage also University i joined in autonomous the admission process was little easy i enter into the collage then they will ask the certificate for some process and then they prefer me to choose my department on councillng because i had good cutoff mark then i will ask about the college and atmosphere also placements they will explain me clearly then
The admission process in KiTE is really good. They pay attention to your requirements and they give personal opinions on which course the student can opt concerning the student's skills and interests. The cut-off required for CSE is 165 and above. The admission takes place in the admission block on the campus.
The admission process was very very simple. We have to go to the college and have to visit the office room for further. There are some faculties to instruct us on further decisions. We have to meet the staff and they will give us an application form and we have to fill it out. In that form, they are asking about our school grades marks, and rankings in Tamil Nadu. Then we have to pay fees as they give the date. They will give a small form for proof of paid fees. That's all about the admission process.
You must visit the "Office of the Controller of Examinations" (located at the Centre for Distance Education), which is close to the College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai.
There is a small office building where transcript applications are prepared. B ring a check payable to The Controller of Examinations, Anna University Chennai. You can take DD to the bank you have on the Anna University campus. The DD balance is INR 200. Take your TC, degree certificate, consolidated grade list, and provisional certificate, too. Carry 1 Request letter for the Conversion Certificate to COE and a set of photocopies of all the documents. Along with the DD, submit the copies and the letter of request. The certificate may take a week to arrive.
No, Anna university does not give more marks for more pages. The Anna University system as a whole cannot be blamed for the wrongdoings of a few individuals.
In college, you will encounter both types of professors. Some professors never assign notes or self-study topics that exceed 40 pages in the entire semester. Because it is a government college, some professors would only attend 20 of the 45 lectures during the semester.
Another side of the coin is that some professors will only give you marks based on your answers, regardless of how many pages you write. One could receive the highest grade simply by providing appropriate answers for 30 pages or receive arrears for writing irrelevant material for 40 pages. Everything depends on the professor who handles the paper.
Many intellectually nourished individuals in both teaching and studying have attended Anna University's College of Engineering, Guindy. The College of Engineering, Guindy, is known affectionately as "CEG" and is surrounded on its campus by neighboring institutions such as the ACT, SAP, and Madras University.
CEG offers a variety of UG and PG courses, as well as B.E-Manufacturing Engineering (B.E-Manu), which is led by the Department of Manufacturing Engineering (DoME) in collaboration with the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
DoME has its own building where classes for UG, PG, and other research scholars are held, as well as labs with both historical and cutting-edge equipment. They also share labs in the Mechanical Engineering Department. The faculty members are highly qualified professionals who have excelled in their fields of study. It has a student committee that organizes two symposiums, one intra-college, and one inter-college National meet, with the committee being guided by a faculty member and all organizational work being handled by students from all four years. Aside from the two conferences mentioned above, other conferences on the advancement of technologies in the field are held on a weekly or monthly basis and hosted by various internationally acclaimed professionals in the field.
There are two things you should be aware of: current arrears and arrears history. The current arrear is the one for which you have not yet cleared the paper at the time of placement. To put it simply, they are the unresolved papers you have in the seventh and eighth semesters, i.e. during the placement season.
The history of arrears is the one you cleared at the time of placement, but it will remain in your academic records. Every company has its own criteria for selecting candidates, but the majority of companies (say, 98%) will not hire a student who is currently in arrears. What's more, you wouldn't be able to attend even large IT companies.
So, to get to the point, having an arrear in the first semester will not affect your placements, but you should complete the paper by the sixth semester (for non-circuit branches) or the end of the second year (for circuit branches) as placements begin a little earlier, such as having internship opportunities in the third year in great companies such as Microsoft ( for CS and IT). If you are a mechanical engineer and have an arrear and clear it, you will be unable to attend some good companies such as Hyundai, Daimler(Benz), and others.
No way. Anna University does not permit you to switch branches for any reason. You must leave college and re-enroll in the course that you wish to pursue.
To begin, keep in mind that CS is not a core subject, but rather a study of technology. As a term, technology refers to a technique or methodology developed based on scientific principles for the application of such scientific principles in real life. As a result, CS technology is only used in other core streams such as mechanical, automobile, and civil engineering. Many innovations in the mechanical engineering field are equipped with CS technologies, demonstrating that such innovations are created by mechanical engineers and facilitated by CS engineers.
If you are truly interested in computer science, you will learn a variety of programming languages and apply them in mechanical engineering fields such as engine automation, computer-integrated manufacturing, and so on.
The master's program is accelerated and lasts five years. The demand for mathematically trained software professionals is increasing as the software industry undergoes dynamic changes.
To meet this demand, the Department of Mathematics has launched two new MSc programs: the 5-Year Integrated MSc. (Computer Science) and the 5-Year Integrated MSc. (Mathematics) (Information Technology). These innovative programs include software industries in the development of curriculum and syllabi, as well as resources from various MNCs for specialized courses and student training for their projects. Every year, 97% of students are placed in well-known/multinational corporations.
Simply add two parts Mathematics, one part Physics, and one part Chemistry to get a total of 200.
For example, if you received 90 points in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, your cut-off is 90/100 (Math) + 45/50 (Physics) + 45/50 (Chemistry) = 180/200. And you must compete with students from all other states, except Tamil Nadu, against their marks calculated in this manner, regardless of whether they are CBSE or not.
They are welcome to apply, but students must go through a different admissions process. Openings can be found in the newspaper or on the Anna University website. Admission notices are available in March/April each year. The admission form is available on the official website, and you can apply through it. Alternatively, you can go to Anna University and purchase an admission form (for non-Tamilnadu State students) and fill it out.
Other State student counseling occurs immediately following the completion of TN student counseling. Admission is only available for the university department (GET, AC Tech, MIT, SAP). The seats are limited, and they anticipate a high cutoff. Counseling is not required for affiliated colleges. Students may be admitted through the management quota.
