BTech Food Technology is a 4-year undergraduate course divided in 8 semesters that deals with the study of Food processing, preservation techniques, and applications of food engineering used in the food industry to increase the shelf life of the product. It is a study of Food Science and Food Technology.

BTech Food Technology Admission 2023
The admission process in Food Technology is mainly based on JEE Main and Advance and university entrance exams. There are several IITs and NITs which select candidates through JEE Main and JEE Advance exam and for other national and state level colleges and universities, students are required to qualify the entrance exam.
