Jain University B.Tech Admissions Eligibility Criteria

• 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) or equivalent board with Physics and Mathematics as Compulsory Subjects with Chemistry/Electronics/Computer Science/Biology.
• Candidates applying for Jain through JET should have a minimum aggregate of 60% (5% of relaxation for SC/ST).
• IB students should get a minimum 26 credits to qualify for the course.
• Cambridge Students must 3 subjects at ‘A’ Level (Advanced Level) including Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
• Candidates who have completed 12th or equivalent exams or final year students of class XII or its equivalent, awaiting examination results may also apply.
• NIOS candidates are eligible to apply and the Entrance Score Accepted is UNIGAUGE.

Jain University B.Tech Selection Criteria

To be eligible to apply for various courses at Jain University, candidates are required to clear 10+2 from a recognized board. The admission process is strictly entrance-based. 

• Candidates must clear Jain Entrance Test or JET or any other national-level entrance exam like JEE to take admission to the Jain University B.Tech course.
• Candidates with a valid score in Uni-GUAGE or JEE mains are exempted from JET.

• An application number will be generated after submission.

Jain Entrance Test (JET) 2024 

Jain Entrance Test or JET 2024 is an entrance exam conducted for admission to various UG and PG courses offered by Jain University. For B.Tech courses, application forms are released separately. Those candidates who are willing to apply for the B.Tech course can fill out the JET 2024 Application Form. Admission to all courses at Jain University is based on Merit cum Rank obtained in JET/JEE Mains/Uni Gauge scores.

JET 2024 Syllabus

JET 2024 Selection Process

Jain University will begin the selection process soon after the declaration of the JET 2022 Result. It will be done on the basis of the applicant's performance in the entrance exam.

• Qualifying candidates will be invited via email to appear for the counseling process (GD/PI) at the University. 
• Students should be present in person to attend the counseling round as per the schedule uploaded by the institute.
• Aspirants will be given provisional admission based on the marks secured in the entrance test during the counseling process.
• Such individuals will be required to produce proof of having passed the qualifying examination and other documents.

Jain University Scholarship

Jain University offers different scholarships in six categories with an aim to encourage talented students in Music, dance, academics, sports, literary and physically disabled categories. The University Scholarship Committee selects the students among all the applications who are eligible for these scholarships. The selected students receive a scholarship offer letter and scholarship acceptance form. Also, the students have to accept or deny the scholarship within the mentioned time frame otherwise the scholarship will be declared invalid. Some of the popular scholarships provided are : 

• MEDHA - It is an academic scholarship scheme. To be eligible for the scholarship, the applicant should be an Indian Citizen. The scholarship is awarded in the first year and continues for the subsequent year depending upon students' performance and overall conduct

The scholarship is awarded in the first year and continues for the subsequent year depending on students' performance and overall conduct. 
• ATHARVA - This is a literary scholarship scheme. To be eligible for the scholarship, the applicant should have passing marks in the qualifying examination and should be an Indian citizen. The scholarship is awarded in the first year and continues for the subsequent year depending on students' performance and overall conduct. 
• DYUMNA - This scholarship is provided for specially challenged candidates. To be eligible for the scholarship, the applicant should have first-class marks in the qualifying examination and should be a citizen of India. Candidates having visual, auditory or any other Physical disabilities are eligible for the scholarship. However, the students need to submit a medical certificate as proof of their disability.
• SAMASTI : This scholarship is provided for community service. To be eligible for the scholarship, the applicant should have passing marks in the qualifying examination and should be a citizen of India.
