The Eligibility Criteria for IIT Delhi M.Tech Program are as follows.
- Candidates must have completed or be in the final year of an approved degree program.
- Applicants in their final year will be shortlisted based on their grades up to the seventh semester or third year.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 60%/6.0 CGPA in their qualification degree.

- For Part-time candidates, Candidates are required to submit a “No Objection Certificate” on a proper letterhead from the appropriate authority in the organization
- Candidates in the final year of their programs and who expect to complete all their qualifying degree requirements before the third week of July 2023 are eligible to apply for admission.
- Admission to M.Tech (part-time) programs is restricted to personnel of Public Sector Undertakings, Government Departments, Research and Development Organizations, and Private Companies (as permitted by Faculty Boards).

- Filling IIT Delhi M.Tech Application - Applicants must first complete the IIT Delhi M.Tech admission 2024 online application form. Candidates must indicate their admission mode on the application form, whether they are an IIT graduate with an 8.0 CGPA or through GATE.
- Register for COAP 2024 - Candidates must register for GATE COAP 2024 after completing the application form to be considered for admission to the institute. In the GATE COAP process, candidates must select IIT Delhi as their desired college.
- Seat Allotment- Applicants who applied using their GATE scores can verify their allotment status using the COAP seat allotment timetable.
