- 213 packs of biscuits, 275 sanitary napkins, and others including sugar, juice, chocolate packets, and chips were provided for Nilambur Relief Camp.
The student community of strength over 800 worked hard to make the lives easier of the people affected by the flood. The institution did its best to reach out to the people not so fortunate.

- Clubs- The college has cultural and technical clubs. The Civil department clubs are CESC and IWWA. HackSlash is a great club that conducts events and sessions on tech and coding.
- Placements- NIT Patna placements are getting higher with time. As of now, a CTC of 52 LPA has been offered in the Computer Science branch. Even EE, Civil, and Mechanical branches are getting good placements with median CTC touching 7.5 to 7.85 LPA. Core placements are improving as well.
