How do I get a CGPA to percentage conversion certificate from Anna University?
You must visit the "Office of the Controller of Examinations" (located at the Centre for Distance Education), which is close to the College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai.
There is a small office building where transcript applications are prepared. B ring a check payable to The Controller of Examinations, Anna University Chennai. You can take DD to the bank you have on the Anna University campus. The DD balance is INR 200. Take your TC, degree certificate, consolidated grade list, and provisional certificate, too. Carry 1 Request letter for the Conversion Certificate to COE and a set of photocopies of all the documents. Along with the DD, submit the copies and the letter of request. The certificate may take a week to arrive.

- Apply online, scan and upload your required documents, pay the fee and the university will send it directly to your home address.
- Apply physically at the Anna University office and get them directly.
