Whether one institution is better than the other is purely based on the discretion of an individual. A conclusion must be drawn keeping other factors such as faculty, academic quality, personal disposition and expectations in mind as well.
It is, indeed. By far.
Whether you want a tech role, a front-end IB role, a PE/VC role, trading, algo trading, a hedge fund or quant role, a risk manager or a financial regulator role, or even a research career in finance, IIM C is by far India's best offering. It has a cutting-edge Finance Research and Trading Laboratory, multiple terminals throughout the campus and the laboratory, the largest annual research output by PhDs in India, and much more.
In terms of both absolute placement rates and batch percentage, IIM C has the highest placement rates in India's finance industry.
Honestly speaking all the B Schools you mentioned are just glamorous brand names with no real value. The placement scenario is very pathetic here as the companies that visit are looking for students who can work at fewer salaries. Only the extremely meritorious students get good packages and that too is rare.
So I will suggest that if you have scored 95+ in CAT, then you are capable of more. So work hard and target a better B School next year. Remove these colleges from your list of options and attempt CAT again.
If you are not very sure about attempting CAT again then prepare yourself for a package as low as 5-6 LPA.

SVNIT is a good college for B.Tech CSE. You can definitely consider it for your engineering studies.
VIT Pune is a much better choice than SGGS. I have a friend in SGGS who shared its pros and cons that might help you make a better decision.

Cons
I will suggest you join VIT Pune as it seems to offer better opportunities and exposure than SGGS.
Choosing streams like Industrial Chemistry can be tricky. Generally, students don’t even understand the scope of the basic courses, let alone a specialized course like chemistry. Don’t go for such a course if you are not well-informed about the career prospect.
If you are interested in civil engineering then don't waste time and apply to the new IITs. It is difficult to decide whether you are interested in a particular field. To find out you can get in contact with Civil Engineering graduates from good universities. Ask about their nature of work and growth in the field, etc. See if that sparks your interest. Also, you will have the option to go for GATE and appear in IES.
