Unlike the general opinion that NIT Jalandhar is better than Thapar University just because of its NIT title, I have a different opinion. I think Thapar University should get the recognition it deserves. Some points in favor of my opinion are:

• The CSE was renewed by Trinity College, Dublin. The curriculum is way more advanced than that of NIT Jalandhar. The latter has an outdated syllabus which is not relevant to the industry.

• Many technical societies help inculcate special skills.

• Placements for CSE are excellent at Thapar University.

• Coding culture is witnessing a spike over the few years. 1st year students are getting selected for GSOC

• The research culture at Thapar University is better than that of NIT Jalandhar where no one is interested in writing research papers at all.

• The infrastructure is also better at NIT Jalandhar.

• The location of Thapar University makes it easily accessible to restaurants, cinemas and other facilities.

• There are various coaching institutes in and around Thapar University for GRE/CAT/IAS/GMAT.

All these points clearly prove that Thapar University is better than NIT Jalandhar.

When considering a post-graduation program in Human Resources, Symbiosis Pune is generally considered to have a better reputation in the market compared to IMT Ghaziabad. This is due to a number of factors, such as the institute's reputation for providing students with a strong foundation in Human Resources through its curriculum, industry-relevant courses, and practical training. When considering a post-graduation program, it's important to research the different options available and weigh the pros and cons of each institute. Researching the institute's curriculum, faculty, and alumni network, as well as speaking to current students and alumni can help you to make an informed decision. Additionally, it would be a good idea to seek the opinion of professionals in the field you are interested in, as they can provide valuable insights into the opportunities and challenges of different career paths.

You should choose Narula Institute of Technology. It is among the most reputed institutes under JIS Group Educational Initiatives. In terms of academics, it is an excellent choice. It has an active training and placement cell. According to the recent highlights of Narula Institute of Technology placements, around 87% of students get placed each year. The salary packages offered range from INR 3 LPA - 66 LPA.

While choosing between MICA, IRMA, and XIMB, it's important to keep in mind that these institutions are very different from each other. They have different missions, visions, and outcomes. While XIMB is a general management institute, MICA and IRMA are focused on their respective domains.

If you're someone who is primarily driven by CTC and ROI, then it's important to think twice before opting for these niche programs based on general parameters. You might end up in something that you might not enjoy.

IRMA is the pioneer of rural management, with the aim of bringing about a change in the rural sector of the country through professional management. As a participant in the program, you'll learn all the principles of general management, along with social and liberal arts subjects. One of the unique features of IRMA is their three internship segments, which provide a different perspective on rural realities and society through a different lens.

By choosing IRMA, you can expect to have a rewarding career afterwards. However, keep in mind that the program is geared towards those who have a genuine interest in rural management and development. It's important to do your research and self-reflection to see if this program is the right fit for you.

Both GMC and NEIGRIHMS have their own pros and cons. I am listing down the advantages of both-

GMC 

1. It has more faculty. 
2. PG coaching centers like DAMS are located near the college itself.
3. It takes more students. 
4. It is located near the airport.
5. It offers better exposure.

NEIGRIHMS 

1. It is one of the few Indian colleges with a virtual dissection table. 
2. It is high because it takes just 50 MBBS students every year.
3. Its campus is clean and beautiful.
4. Personal attention is given to each of the students by their teachers.

Both GMC and NEIGRIHMS are good medical colleges. You should choose between them based on your own preferences. 

I can shed some light on the Psychiatry department of CIP Ranchi.

I don’t have much information about KGMU. But as far as CIP Ranchi is considered, the only academic pro is its enormous patient load. This offers a great exposure. Other than that, you’ll meet good peers and seniors. The biggest con, on the other hand, is the anti research attitude. People aren’t encouraged towards research. Only after you start publishing papers, do others invite you to their work. 

But also, a lot has changed at CIP Ranchi in the past years. So I recommend you approach some seniors from both the colleges before arriving at a decision.

I don’t see why people keep comparing the older IIMs to newer ones. No matter how good a new IIM is doing, it can never compare to an older established IIM. The same is the case here. IIM Trichy and IIM Udaipur are indeed growing at an excellent rate, but IIM Shillong still is the winner of the race. This is because of its early establishment and being a member of the top IIMs family BLACKIS. That in itself is an accomplishment that the new IIMs have failed to achieve.

IIM Shillong is the 7th IIM and is among the top B Schools in India. Ever since its establishment, it has been growing at a tremendous pace and its placements are a testament to that. The brand value it enjoys because of being a part of BLACKIS is much more than any new IIM. This brand value helps you in the long run.
