Yes, IMT Ghaziabad transcripts are accepted by ECA for Canadian immigration. However, the procedure is slightly slower than anticipated, and can easily take up to a couple of months before finally giving it out. You might also have to pay regular visits to your university for verification.
You can send a letter to the IMT management asking them to send a stamped and sealed copy of your transcript to your specified address. After that, forward the copy to WES Canada directly, without hindering their regulation by opening the stamped and sealed envelope.

IIM Shillong placement cell is not very helpful. The placement records shown are edited. Students do not get a return of what they had paid for. The placement committee is responsible for conducting a well-organized placement drive. The committee tells all the recruiting companies that they have got the first slot. Students are also forced to carry out this lie.

It is guaranteed that the study material provided by IGNOU is excellent. You'll have a great time going through them. It will undoubtedly provide you with a thorough understanding of the subject. However, it is not without difficulty. You get to work hard. If you want to study Economics via distance education, IGNOU is your best bet.

Is it worth taking a loan for ECE at BITS Goa or I should go for EEE at NIT Jalandhar?
There is no point in taking a loan for either of these colleges. NIT Jalandhar is an institute of national importance and the degree will almost be the same if not better than the one at BITS Goa.
If you are concerned about placements, then choosing BITS Goa over NIT Jalandhar might be the best option. If you’re sure that the better placements at BITS Goa will help you fend off the loans then go ahead.
It is also important to note that the EEE branch at NIT Jalandhar is more popular and has pretty good placements in itself so taking a loan is not worth it. Go for EEE at NIT Jalandhar.
How many marks are required to clear VTU?
Visvesvaraya Technological University, VTU's minimum passing mark is 35%, with 40% in practical, project work, viva voce, and so on. It should be 40% after aggregation, including theory and internal marks. If a student fails only one subject, passes all exams with grace marks, or receives minimum pass marks in theory, practical, or internal and scores less after aggregation, 5 marks will be awarded.
Each candidate must receive at least 50% of the marks allotted for each subject's internal assessment, including the seminar. Candidates who receive less than 50% of the Internal Assessment marks in any subject are ineligible to take the exam in that subject.
For passing a theory subject, a candidate must obtain a minimum of 40% in the University Examination and a minimum of 50% in the aggregate including the Internal Assessment marks.
