From June 6 to 8, 2018, ABBS organized its 8th International 3-day conference. The event was sponsored by Titan. The first day of the event started with the registration, inaugural function, panel discussion and paper presentation tracks. Inauguration of the Mahatma Gandhi Centre for conflict prevention and management also took place, for which ABBS is the node point worldwide. The second day of the conference had a similar program schedule, although a Play called ‘The Prophet and the Poet based on famous Gandhi Tagore exchanges’ was organized too. The last day concluded with a keynote address by speakers, panel discussion, and paper tracks.

The purpose of this conference was aimed to gather intellectuals to spread knowledge in the path of peace that can help mankind to spirituality and a better living.

“Management education is one of the most attractive programs across the world”. Owing to globalization, numerous changes are noticed in the functioning of industries across the world requiring manpower with multi-skills rather than having simple knowledge orientation. In this background, it is equally important to address the various issues & concerns of management education that countries in transition are experiencing with time.
The purpose of this conference was to engage all concerned in a serious discussion with a view to revamping management education as a prelude to better stakeholder participation and viability in the global economy.

The highlights of the program were the presence of keynote speakers, networking dinner, cultural show, panel discussion, best paper award, etc. The conference hosted many renowned Academicians, including a member from the team who won the Noble Peace Prize in 2007.
