One of my friends has told me that IIBS is not so good for studying MBA, as he was in the first batch of this institute. The college administrators have lied from their first day, and he is sure enough that it is still there.

When my friend saw the building and experienced the administration, he becomes terrified, although he is well-placed now due to his arduous work and concentration.
The placement opportunity for the first batch was horrible, but some of the students got offered in Dubai. The college has been investing in many students for its advertising.
Students from low financial backgrounds are forced ridiculously to sell their savings account and their credit cards in the placement. Thus, many students were compelled to return to their homes as they already have heavy loans for their studies.
Students crowd is mostly from UP and Bihar, with their nasty behaviors and manners and their rural laden converse. It should not be the environment of an MBA college.
One of the ex-director, namely Biswas, of this institute always misguided the students. At the time of admission, he talked very nicely, but after taking the admission, the student will understand how bad he is.
College MD is very cunning, and he speaks very little but observes the people a lot. So the student must be conscientious if they will take admission through this person because this person earns approximately 40K as a referral code for the student admission.

Thus, the best suggestion is to study for CAT to get a better score and find the best MBA College rather than IIBS.

IIBS Bangalore Admission

Eligible candidates can apply for admission through online and offline mode. They will also be required to send a DD of INR 1050 along with the downloaded form in favor of the “International Institute of Business Studies” payable at Bangalore. After this, they will receive the prospectus of the Institute by post. Candidates can also obtain the same by paying the fee of INR 1,000 at the institute counter. The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the score obtained in the entrance exams prescribed for the respective course. The Institute will also conduct Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) of shortlisted candidates.

Ques. What are the admission requirements by the Institute?

Ans. If you are eligible to apply for admission in the B-School, you should submit the xerox copies of your testimonials for verification. You can apply for any number of courses by paying the required amount of registration amount for reserving seats.

Ques. What are the timings for admission at IIBS Admission Centre?

Ans. The center for admissions remains open between 9:30 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Saturday. Students can also contact on 9620248206 or mail the institute at admission@iibsonline.com.

Ques. I am in my final year and haven’t received final semester certificates, can I apply for admission?

Ans. Yes, you can apply for admission if you have fulfilled the criteria for the MAT score. Even if you have not received your mark sheet, you can take admission on the admission on the basis of marks obtained in 2^nd year and MAT.

Ques. I took MAT several years ago, do I have to take it again?

Ans. Yes, you should appear in it again. The Institute prefers the latest score of the management admission test. However, if the score is a year old, it will be considered for admission.

Ques. Will I get hostel accommodation at the time of admission?

Ans. The Institute provides 2-3 bedded hostel rooms to students on the basis of a first-come, first-serve basis. You must submit your request for a hostel room as soon as possible.

IIBS Bangalore provides scholarship on the basis of merit, special scholarships to Defence and CRPF Personnel. A brief about the same is mentioned below:

Scholarship for Meritorious Students

Students who meet below-mentioned criteria are eligible for scholarship (Student will be offered only one of the best option, if eligible for more than one Criteria)
Student/s having aggregate (all subjects) marks of 60% or above in Class X, XII and Graduation, would be awarded a Scholarship of INR 50,000
Student/s having aggregate (all subjects) marks of 70% or above in Class X, XII and Graduation, would be awarded a Scholarship of INR 70,000
Student/s having aggregate (all subjects) marks of 80% or above in Class X, XII and Graduation, would be awarded a Scholarship of INR 80,000
Student/s having aggregate (all subjects) marks of 60% or above in Class X, XII, Graduation and having percentile/Composite Score as mentioned below in the Entrance Tests would be awarded Scholarships as stated below:

Scholarship for Wards of Defence and CRPF Personnel

IIBS special appreciation towards the sacrifice which our Defence and CRPF personnel make for our nation. To recognize their contribution, IIBS offers 25% Fee waiver (only Academics in 2nd year of the course) to their wards.

Scholarship for Girls

The girl student who got more than 55% in their graduation are eligible for INR 25000 as a scholarship given by NGO. This NGO promoting higher education in women & girls.

IIBS award merit scholarships for achievers or outstanding all-round performers in diverse fields. You can be eligible for the scholarship if you meet any of the following criteria:

State-level, board level or national level top rank holder in academics (10% exemption in tuition fees).
Represented the country in international / national / state level sports events (10% exemption in tuition fees).
National / State level achievers in fields other than academics or sports (10% exemption in tuition fees).

Conditions:

Scholarships are awarded for the full duration of the program.
The Scholarship Committee will review the performance of the scholarship student every semester. The continuation of the scholarship is dependent on students maintaining an 80% of Attendance for all semester. If a scholarship student fails to meet this criterion during a particular semester, he/she will be placed on “Academic Probation”, and the Scholarship Committee may review their scholarship award.
The scholarship amount will not be paid to the selected student. It will deduct from the semester fees directly.

The IIBS Scholarship Committee reserves the right to alter, modify, change, or withdraw any of the provisions and policies.
Above mention percentage is not only the sole criteria; students should crack GD & PI of IIBS.
Eligible students can avail any one scholarship policy from the above-mentioned scholarship & award.
The above mention scholarship seat is limited; students should not claim this scholarship once the seat will get over.
