Prof. Mrs. Meenakshi Sayal (Gold Medalist in M.Sc. and M.Phil) has total work experience of around 40 years. She is the Admission Coordinator of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya-[HRMMV] She is a pioneer of innovation in the institution and has taken multiple initiatives in this direction.


What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“The ability to motivate and inspire all the students for their respective careers”

The passion I carry to drive excellence in education sector through my exploration to innovative ideas and creativity. I want to keep motivating and inspiring the students over everything. My students who have reached at successful positions today – Doctors, Engineers, Research Scientists, Professors, Managers and Administrators acknowledge the change brought in their life by my guidance.


How do you strategize about the key programmes and plans for the marketing and administration of your department?

“Marketing works with efforts of students on digital platforms now days”

We look at the geographical diversity of current students and identify opportunities for further growth. Then we target the group through different marketing media.

  • Awareness Campaign in schools.
  • Career counseling sessions of students.
  • Advertisement of courses and facilities provided to students in our institution through Electronic Media, Print Media and Social Media.
  • Digital Counseling of students and to spread awareness of in-demand courses to their parents on social media platforms.
  • Current students play an important role as ambassadors of our institution in their areas.
