Dr. K. S Lakshmi is the Head of the Department of Marketing and IB at the ISBR Business School. She did MBA from Osmania University and PhD from Bharathiar University. She has around 20 years of teaching, research and training experience. She has taught mainly marketing, advertising, and other related subjects for BBM, B.Tech. and MBA courses. Her core area of interest is in Marketing, she has also taught HR papers and Ethics and Indian Values. She is also involved in activities like outreach and outbound training. She is currently guiding two research scholars for PhD and two scholars for FPM. She takes an active interest in imparting value education and Bharatiya Management by way of theatrical exercises.
What are your responsibilities?
“To build academic and skill development of pupils”
My primary duty is to look at the skill and academic growth of candidates. It helps students to face real-world challenges. This molds the character of a pupil. I see myself as a mentor instead of an academician. My wish is to make ready for the future of students.
How do you build healthy relations with students and faculty?
“Maintain coordination among members and create a good personality”
A healthy relationship with students and faculty is kept by me. It is necessary to maintain coordination with faculty to lead to teamwork. I always show a high level of integrity, transparency, and credibility with students. It raises the trust in them. A good personality produces in them as a whole.
How do you bring a practical approach towards subjects as industry-oriented?
