My leadership style is direct and leading. I enjoy taking the project lead in relevant tasks. It is essential to inspire my team and stay involved. I will always help them at any time.

How do you implement plans for the administration of college?

We monitor admission, conduct regular class works, and organize placement activities in coordination with the Placement Director inside the campus. It creates an environment for industry interaction. Our coordination with consultancy maintains discipline among all members.

What is the top priority of campus over the next 10 years?

“To get NAAC, World-class InfraStructure and the top position in NIRF Ranking”

One of the priorities is to take part in World-class Infrastructure. It is necessary to get certified by the NBA. We decided to attain NAAC and the top position in NIRF Ranking.
