PGPM is one of the most commonly pursued management course after MBA and PGDM. The 2 year PGPM course (usually offered by IIMs) is equivalent to the MBA degree and 1 year PGPM course (offered by Great Lakes) is a professional certification course.

After years of experience and advanced skills, students can expect a salary of as high as INR 20-25 LPA. In some cases it may be even higher, especially in cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, etc. This also depends upon the company with which you are associated with.
