Salary of an HR Manager: Per month, Company wise salary, Designation wise salary 2023

The job of an HR Manager is to advise and train managers on various organizational policies to maintain employee relationships. They manage daily operations and business development for the HR Program. They oversee policy, procedures and compliance relating to employees for their organizations. Apart from that they are also in charge of salary disbursement, employee reviews and hiring fresh talents for an organization. The average salary of an HR Manager usually ranges between INR 3.50 L – 5 L annually. However, after gaining substantial years of experience, candidates can expect their pay package to go up to as much as INR 21.77 LPA.

In order to become an HR Manager, candidates must complete class 12th board exams with a minimum score of 60%. After clearing class 12th, candidates aspiring to become an HR Manager must pursue either Undergraduate and Postgraduate Management Courses or Human Resource Management Courses, such as BBA HR or MBA HR, from any of the Top Management Colleges in India including the IIM’s and other colleges such as IIM Kolkata, IIM Indore, IIM Ahmedabad, Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi and many more. The average annual salary of an HR Manager ranges from INR 3.46 L – 4.45 L. However after gaining substantial years of experience, candidates can earn up to INR 22 L. According to Glassdoor, the highest salary of an HR Manager is INR 20.93 LPA, while the lowest salary is INR 3.21 LPA. According to Payscale, the per month salary of an HR Manager ranges from INR 51,878 - 53,100.

Ans. Yes, Amity Business School, Noida is good for an MBA in terms of placements, faculty, and industry exposure. It has excellent reviews and is the dream college of many. It was ranked 28 out of 125 in India in 2023 by NIRF. One of my friends there shed light on the placement scenario. Students are eligible for placements after the 3rd semester.  The highest salary package offered is INR 20 LPA.  The average salary package offered is INR 5.5 LPA. Almost 90% of students got placed in the MBA program offered at Amity College. Recruiters include Wipro, Deloitte, JP Morgan, Accenture, etc.,  Overall, the average package offered is very low so it’s not advisable to pursue an MBA in HR from Amity University Noida.Read more

Ans. Having friends in both institutions, I suggest you to go NMIMS Mumbai. XIMB HR has recently switched their name from XIMB to XaHR. This cost them a lot in terms of placements. All of the companies, instead of reaching out to XIMB are showing up at NMIMS Mumbai boosting their demand day by day.  If I were to compare both the colleges based on certain parameters, I would say: Batch: The batch size at NMIMS is 60 which are admitted on grounds of strict merit. On the other hand, XIMB takes in candidates on reservation grounds.  Location: If you have decided to reach Mumbai for your MBA, no doubt that it is indeed the best place.
