I opted for this university because of the unique program that it provided. Political science BA with an LLB Law degree in England. It also had a small campus which made it more personalized. It is number 1 in student satisfaction.
Course Curriculum
I really like the course curriculum. I think that the choices that it offers are very unique and interesting. The one thing I do not like about it is the mandatory taking of the second data management class.
Exams
I didn't take any exam to get into university it was based on high school grades and club participation.
Fees
Laurier tuition is less than. Mostly it provides a basic fee of courses. Although you must pay more to use the health options, if you lose your student ID.
Examination Structure
The exam structure depends on the type of course. Philosophy is all writing so lots of short answer questions with essays. this also goes for many international politics courses. Many criminology courses and math courses are mainly multiple choice with few to none short answer.
Faculty
I think the faculty is very nice I have had encounters with 2 very bad professors but also I have had many professors that really care about the students well being and fairness in class.
