I had 70% in 12th and keen interest in computer science. Concordia university is one of the best and the toughest too I must say, in regards to computer science. The world ranking and the amount and quality of the work you do is great. Admission process is simple, everything is explained on the website and once you get offer of admission, you will be given the access to my Concordia portal which will update you about literally everything.

Exams :

I guess minimum should be IELTS 6.5 band. My scores were 8 bands in IELTS. There was no other exam that I had to do. The program is really good and practical but you have to study a lot. It's tough as compared to other programs in this university. The quality and the things you learn surpasses any knowledge on the internet.

Placement :

There are a lot of companies that visit and offer job even before you finish the degree. For internships, part-time jobs and full-time jobs, they have companies for everything. Prior experience gets the priority and that is everywhere I guess. Job roles includes all the fields but for computer science and software engineering there are a plethora of companies.

Internship :

Yes, you have to super active and get high GPA, which in computer science is pretty difficult to maintain. 3.4 GPA is required to get into as a co-op student. If you find an on campus job, the pay would be above basic pay usually $16-$18 but the hours are less. For being eligible you must know the professors really well and get a good grade in the specific course.

Fees :

Around $7000 for every term which sums upto $28000 as a whole. Depends on the courses you take and if in 2 years you are unable to finish then $500 per term extra is charged. Yes scholarship based on the prior marks and grades that we get and other things like sports and funding if we are into research work.

Faculty :

Faculty is very less and only a handful of professors are good. Teaching methodology is bad as usually most of the professors just read the material and most of the time you would have to study by yourself but being a graduate student, this is expected.

Hostel :

Finding an apartment here in Montreal is a big task, I prefer to live off campus because that saves a lot of expenses. From what I know in campus accommodation costs around $800 per month. Whereas, I live and all my expenses comes out to be $500 per month including the food.
