Placement
Due to covid my university placements were disturbed and unfortunately I did not take the unit of Internships. I am looking for job from indeed and Lindklin. Job opportunities for the freshers are less. Many of my friends got into internship which was unpaid. I am still looking for job. University conducts events such as meet ups which can be helpful for our networking.

Placement
There is no post study placement. Research opportunities are only available for PhD students. The median salary here is 20 dollars per hour including tax for an Engineer. In my academics and co-curricular activities, during past four years I have shown my talent, initiative and creativity. Currently, I am studying engineering at Swinburne University and looking for industry project to fit in with my studies. I consider myself to be a quick learner, hardworking and effective communicator. My personal goal is to do my duty with great determination, be able to navigate the corporate environment & respond to its demand.
I was getting the course which I always wanted and I was very passionate about it. No other university in Australia was offering such unique course in Sustainable Manufacturing. And also I was very impressed with the campus location and facilities.
Placement
Post study period is 2 yrs. In these 2 yrs, students have to secure a job so that it can help in easing things for them to get PR.
My course structure was good and the units of the course were interesting
I decided to choose the Swinburne University of Technology due to its close proximity to my place of stay during my study period. Additionally, the course content of Bachelor of Animation appealed to me. It was also offering a decent scholarship (Vice Chancellor's Excellence Scholarship) which would allow me to focus on my studies more intensely.
The courses I wanted were available as undergraduate, I can study online, it is a well-respected university, the customer service was really good, staff is helpful and teachers respect students, I had a relative studying here which influenced my decision.
Placement
Everything is a good option when we try for it. The placements were in the last semester. I had to leave the placements because of my visa conditions which they need full time or permanent positions, where as i have a temoorary visa
Internship
They do provide internship, but I haven't had a chance to do internship. As i had to move on with my job, I haven't undergone internship program. But, they provide excellent industrial circle and exposure on industrial work types.
Placement
Helpful and nice staff that will help you with your career be it intern placement casual part-time job or anything. Everything is also available online for you to get information on job seeking and internship.
Internship
Yes but I did not take any internship as I was only there for 2years and I wanted t complete it as soon as possible but now to think about it I should probably apply for one as it seems very helpful for getting the student into the industry if they have no experience in that field at all.
Placement
The placements that are provided include many TOP MULTINATIONAL COMPANIES. Swinburne provides extra help in preparing for interviews. They also provide a helping hand to people who are struggling with CV.
Internship
Yes..the university provides internship..it could be done in one of the semester breaks or also a whole semester abroad..they have country options like Manila, Singapore, China, Vietnam, etc. I haven't taken the internship.
Placement
I believe that the placements are really good and a majority of people who graduate land a job. We are also able to add an extra year on our course and do a whole year in the workforce paid which is obviously amazing for our CV and experience.
Internship
Yes it does provide internships, I haven't had a chance to experience one yet as a lot of them are 3rd or 4th-year internships but I plan to find one for this summer hopefully. There's a lot more for the main majors of engineering though.
