Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies degree from an institution with a NAAB accredited professional degree.
- A GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 is required to be eligible for the program.
Indian Student Eligibility:
- Students must complete an undergraduate degree with first-class in a relevant field from a highly ranked university in India.
- Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.

- Official Transcripts: Applicants who have attended and/or received degrees from institutions outside the US must provide certified copies and certified English translations of transcripts or records of all previous post-secondary education and of all degrees conferred.
- Portfolio: Applicants with previous architectural or design education are expected to submit a portfolio of work with a minimum of 4 projects, including at least 3 buildings, that shows evidence of the following: Purposefulness; Critical thinking skills; Advanced communication; Building Integration; and Design Synthesis. The portfolio should provide clear identification of an academic or professional products, collaborations, and roles.
- ELP Scores: Students have to submit their English language proficiency scores like IELTS, TOEFL, or other test scores.
