- The Full-time Day MBA for Emerging Leaders offers a cohort experience with a carefully planned course schedule.
- Students take 5 classes per semester in the Fall and Spring semesters and complete the degree in the summer with 3-4 classes, depending on their choice of concentration.

The Capstone course is taken during the final semester, and all other required courses must be completed prior. Students can choose from:
- Corporate Governance
- Global Strategic Thinking
- Bond Portfolio Management
- In-depth studies into areas such as Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Finance Innovation/Change/Entrepreneurship, International Business, Marketing, Pricing Strategy, Supply Chain Management and Values Based Leadership.
- A minimum of 9 credit hours of elective coursework are required in the electives area some have more.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students need official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions attended, sent directly from the institution; Electronic transcripts are preferred.
- A current résume documenting work experience; the résume is uploaded to the MBA application system.
- Official GMAT or GRE test scores sent directly from the testing agency.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students need an undergraduate degree in the relevant field from a recognized university.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
